Outdoor Wedding Venue

Do you offer indoor ceremony and receptions?

We are an outdoor venue, your ceremony and reception will be outdoors in a tent. We have 200 ft of waterfront in our spacious back yard. We also have a patio and pool area.

How can we utilize the indoors of the mansion?

The interior of the mansions first floor is available for pictures for the wedding party and immediate family. We also provide access to a changing room for the wedding party and indoor bathroom.

How late can the party go?

Music for your celebration must end at 11:30 pm. Party needs to end by midnight.

Do we offer catering?

You can select your own catering company. All catering companies must be licensed and insured.

Tent rental

We have preferred partner for tent rent, they provide flooring, table, chairs and lines, lighting and outdoor luxury bathrooms.

Venue Pricing

  • Weddings up to 150 guests: Starts at $8,000.
  • 151 to 200 guests (max): Starts at $10,000.
